Our R&D Team Successfully Developed Custom Hot Gas Filter Elements

We have recently successfully developed a hot gas filter element, which is mainly used for treating high-temperature flue gas generated by gas turbine in power plants. Existing ceramic filter elements are fragile and tend to cause dust leakage into the boiler, while metal candle filter elements are prone to blockage, resulting in high pressure difference on the filtering unit and affecting power generation efficiency. Our customer was looking for a solution to solve this problem. Our R&D team then customized and developed a hot gas filter element based on our customer's needs.

During the R&D process, our team conducted extensive material selection, data calculation, and model deduction work to ensure the performance and quality of the filter element. We considered the performance and cost of various materials. After many trails and improvements, we ultimately chose sintered powder as the filter element material. We designed and produced sintered porous filter elements, which are highly temperature-resistant and can operate stably for a long time in high-temperature environments. Meanwhile, it has high filtration efficiency and a long service life, and can effectively remove particulate matters and pollutants from the flue gas and ensure a clean and safe production environment.

During the filter element design and manufacturing process, we strictly follow the requirements of the ISO 9001 quality management system and carry out comprehensive quality control to ensure that each filter element meets customer requirements and international standards.

Our filter element products have been widely used in various high-temperature flue gas treatment fields, including the power industry, steel industry, chemical industry, etc. We will continue to innovate and develop new products to provide our customers with higher quality and more efficient filter element products and services.
