Woven Mesh

Woven mesh is constructed from metal wires and comes in a variety of weave types, for example, plain weave, twill weave and Dutch weave. It can be fabricated into round, belt, cylinder, pleated and other shape filter elements and is widely used in the fields of polymer filtration, oil & gas filtration, lubricating oil filtration, beverage filtration, etc.

Knitted Mesh

Knitted mesh features good air permeability, softness, corrosion resistance, and high temperature resistance. The specially designed interlocking structure makes it have excellent capture performance. It can be made into knitted mesh compression gaskets and is widely used in fields such as gas-liquid separation and dust filtration.

Sintered Mesh

Sintered mesh is easy to manufacture and is used to make stable and durable products, featuring excellent corrosion resistance, high filtration accuracy, easy cleaning, and great filtration performance. It is also used to make multilayer sintered mesh filters and is widely used in fields of seawater desalination filtration, wastewater filtration, and medicine liquid filtration.

Sintered Felt

Sintered felt is a type of filter material composed of metal fiber materials. It is the lightest in weight among sintered mesh and sintered powder filter elements with the same filtration accuracy, and is widely used in fuel gas filtration, liquid filtration, and petrochemical filtration.

Sintered Powder

Sintered from metal powder with excellent permeability, it has high strength, high hardness, good wear resistance, and corrosion resistance, and can be used to filter small particles in water, oil, gas and other media. The sintered porous filter made of sintered power is widely used in polymer filtration, dust filtration, gas filtration, etc.

Perforated Metal

Perforated metal is easy to process and cut into shape. It has strong deformation resistance, and can be used as a support layer for multilayer filter elements or as a coarse filter material for liquids. It is widely used in oil & gas filtration, wastewater filtration, seawater desalination, etc.

EN1.4301 (1.4306) stainless steel

AISI 304 is versatile and has good corrosion resistance, heat resistance and mechanical properties. 304L stainless steel is with less carbon content and better resistant to pitting than 304 material.

AISI316 (316L)
EN1.4401 (1.4404) stainless steel

AISI 316 can be used in more corrosive environments, while 316L stainless steel is with less carbon content and better resistant to pitting corrosion than 316 material.

AISI310
EN1.4841 heat resistant stainless steel

AISI 310 has excellent oxidation resistance and can work continuously at high temperatures.

AISI 904L
EN 1.4539 stainless steel

AISI 904L has excellent corrosion resistance and is a outstanding stainless steel with resistance to phosphoric acid, sulphuric acid and hydrochloric acid. AISI 904L may be used for the high salt seawater environment.

Monel 400
EN 2.4360 nickel based alloy

Monel 400 is a nickel-copper alloy with good mechanical proprieties and toughness. But it is easy to soften and deform at high temperatures. It is widely used in marine, chemical processing and seawater desalination fields.

Inconel 625
EN 2.4856 nickel based alloy

It has higher strength and hardness, and can maintain stable mechanical properties at high temperatures. It is widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, nuclear industry and other high temperature high pressure applications.

EN 2.4819 nickel based alloy
